Any advice is welcome 😇

Hi All,

I have been asked to deep clean this floor space, any recommendations on the best equipment to use?

Was considering a rotary machine but unsure of what pad, as you can see, it seems to have been painted with the paint coming off in certain areas, so nothing too abrasive.

Any advice/suggestions will be appreciated.

Many thanks

Dev

It's painted.

A flat mop and sts is about all i would risk

If the paint is delaminating I don't want to be blamed for any damage occurring

Most commercial floor paint is fairly bulletproof when it comes to cleaning
we do a local garage and use a rotary brush & red pad followed up with a rinse of fresh water wet and dry vac
However it does gets re painted every so often so it has built up lots of layers of paint..
that floor looks quite worn and was possibly painted a while ago..

if it were me I would probably start with a microfibre pad and rotary rather than a mop you’ll be there forever
And a very diluted mix of chosen chemical
Then move up to higher strengths
And a scrubbing pad to see what it can handle in terms of abrasion without damaging the paint and manage expectations of course..
