Bank Clean

Good Afternoon,

I could really appreciate some help. We are a domestic cleaning company typically carrying out EOT, Carpet and oven cleans but decided to move into the commercial sector.

We have been asked to quote the clean for a bank (rather large) which has just had a refit. Would anybody be able to enlighten me how best to charge rather than plucking a figure out of thin air!

Thanks in advance.

Hours needed x hourly rate (don't know what charge but suspect domestic rate not high enough) I'd be asking them loads questions such as have had cleaners before, how long take them, why after new contractor, consumables (do they supply or can you at profit) working hours, evening, staff etc

Complete oversight my end. This is a sparkle clean for a renovation on a large bank. They've had a complete refit and they need it immaculate. 25 meters wide x approx 40 meters deep. I may have to just give them the typical £25-30 per hour until complete with an estimated time per job i guess.

Sorry i really wasnt clear. Maybe i will stick to the domestic market šŸ˜‚

I'd just add the need to factor in the access/security headache and fully discuss the logistics with them before the clean.
