Bosch 4d hot air function not working

Evening all. I did a Bosch series 8 double oven last week (2nd time)
Been sent a short video today saying they tried to use the 4d hot air option last night, it comes on for 2-3 seconds then turns off again however the main oven and grill all work okay.
I've asked her to reset the oven and ensure it's set to correct time but no change.
Anyone got any ideas what could could be the issue?

Does the display show any error code.

No error code. She videoed herself putting it on with the display on show, she selects hot air option for 1 minute, then presses start, the timer goes for 3 seconds then turns off.
It one that's not local to me as well so not easy to pop back unless I get something else in that area.

Why would this be your fault everything else is working on the oven did you test every setting on the oven to see if it was working previously to you cleaning the oven.

I think she's saying it was working prior to cleaning (not tested) and asking if there's anything I could have done as to why it's not now.

Left it that she was ringing the manufacturer today for advice, not heard anything else from her yet.
Just thought someone might have had similar and knew an easy fix.

I do not test the oven in every single position just oven and fan to heat the oven up. And grill to burn anything off the element. In most cases when switching to grill you have to move the selector switch through every other function as grill is often the last setting on the dial. Personally I would not admit any liability due to the time that has elapsed between clean and the customer coming back to you but the choice is yours.

The 4d setting is the main one On these cookers. When you finished the cleaning and degreasing did you run the cooker and was it working?

When she said it is not working does she mean it works but not heating up? Maybe there is just a crack in the element and it's not heating up. As above if it's anything else surely there should be an error code.

Way too many options for a fault on 4d ovens. I looked into it for you.

Fan module has a pcb, obviously main pcb. Shame no error code, but I'd happily say, not your fault.

Yes I checked the oven and grill were working when completed but not the 4D option and she confirmed it was just that option.
As per my initial post she videoed herself attempting to select it but after pressing the start button it goes off after 3 seconds.
Anyway, I've heard no more from her since so hoping she's sorted it now
But I appreciate the replies guys.
