Bringing another cleaning company

Hi, I will be tendering for a large construction job.
This job needs more man power then I have employees normally I would bring in agency’s but they promise the world and never deliver.
I be been thinking on bringing in another cleaning company the bridge the gap.

has any had experience with working others in small or large jobs? Obviously I’m worried will I shoot my self in the foot or do you get them to sign a non competition
