Just after advice and options on best solutions for cleaning and polishing a church floor tiles

How old is church/flooring. Is it tiles? Looks like parquet,may be wrong. Think old stuff was laid using bitumen/tar,something be aware of with restoration procedure.

Looks like granwood to me , easy clean but will need sanding to restore .
