Cleaning residue?

Hi we have recently cleaned a customers hard floor and carpets. All has gone well despite very problematic grouting etc. Unfortunately today the customer has sent the following which shows a white residue on some kitchen cupboards. She has wiped and cleaned several times but keeps drying white. We used Tilemaster No.3 Heavy duty Extreme Grease and dirt remover on the floors. We havnt been out yet as customer going away for a few days. Is there anyway we can rectify or is it permanently damaged? Thank you in advance. Unfortunately video won't upload.

Yes rotary and pad. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas of how to get it off as whatever she has tried so far hasn't worked.

Probably the cleaning solution originally used on the floor (subject to testing), along with a washing up sponge to lightly agitate it.

Make yourself a splash guard to avoid this in the future. Just a simple strip of plastic bent round into a circle to catch the splash.
