Cleaning wooden balcony decking

Hi guys, I used some green mould and algae remove to clean up my wooden balcony decking which i have used several times with no problems. This time however when it dried part of the decking has come out with a yellowy tint (the decking on the far left near the wall. I did try cleaning it again with the same product again but there was no change. Before I started cleaning this time I pick off some orange substance from the metal pole (also shown in picture) so I'm not sure if that might have bleached the wood at all? I'm thinking of maybe buying another product to clean the wood with so it's the same colour as on the right side of the images but not sure what would work best? thank you!

Not the best person as colour blind,but did that particular area have bad algae on it prior to cleaning. If so it's prob time for a simple refinish.
