Colour bleed question

So I’ve got a 100% wool rug to clean. Pictures of flowers red green blue on it. Put some M-Power plug on a terry towel and I am getting colour bleed.
what’s my next step for this folks? If I clean it and then acid rinse will this stop the bleeding?

I’ve just bought some dry compound I’ll just hit it with that. Explained my self to the customer and she’s happy

It might be crocking making the dye bleed. I had a Carpet that I thought was dye bleed from liquid but it was crocking and the rubbing of the compound and the slight moisture was still causing the dye to run so just test the powder as well 9. 9/10 powder doesn't cause issues if I have had dye problems but that one time it still did.

But it's not dry, still a good risk of colour bleed as there's moisture in the granules, then what will you do?

Best leave it alone it's clear you don't know what your doing and could end up having to replace the rug
