Moderators note: There does not appear to be any transport wheels on the back of the machine. If so, it is an Envirodri E40 Gen2. With the fixed wheels it would be a Gen3. The brushes in the picture are the standard white which are medium hardness.

IMO, there's nothing to choose between the Gen2 and the Gen3 models. Both have the preferred metal casings. The current model (Gen4) has a dubious plastic case and is not liked by many.
