Hi all
New here but started the business in October last year, doing around 12 ovens per week myself and I have a friend who works for me who does around 10 per week, long goal is to expand expand expand however, currently can’t seem to get any more work than what I’ve listed above I assume with repeat business this growing pain will go but was looking for reassurance from more experienced people I suppose rather than just hope and see? How often are people having oven cleans to become repeat business on average is it annual ?

You've not been going long enough to have tons of repeat work. It's going to take quite a few years until you are doing multiple and more repeat customers week in week out.

On average once per year for most, however you do get the ocd customers who do every 6 month. I have some I often see sooner than 6 months.

Want more work? The obvious thing to ask yourself is: How's your advertising? How is your website ranking? Etc, etc?

first it takes a couple of years to get established and if you want to get work in meantime you will have to pay for advertising on google and facebook. i would recommend dropping your friend for now and do the work yourself until fully established. Also there is less work around with cost of living, air fryers and competition. with most customers its once per year
