Customer used baking soda on this tile

Hi, hope you could advice. Customer used baking soda on this tile and left a bright mark. And device please?

I don't think the soda has been cleaned of properly

Why did they randomly do 1 tile ?


Did something happen on it ?

Thank you Jacob and Darren for your replies. I presume there was some stubborn stain. Customer told me that used baking soda powder and that's left after drying. If there is still left in the time any advice how to flush it out?

Hot water and a scrub with a brush then extract

Easy

You can use sts on the rest of the tiles if you want

Like all customers they may say it was just baking soda but I wouldn't just assume that is all they have used. Personally I would always think that they have used a lot of other things as well. Manage expectations and don't guarantee anything.
