What’s a DFS sofa? Polyprop? cotton? viscose? Percentages? Photos?
I’m guessing from this post alone you should invest or look into a training course for upholstery cleaning as there’s no point having to pay a client for a new sofa when you could’ve paid for a course to avoid that scenario.
Apologies if I’m wrong.
