I have one and have done a few wood floors of different types.
My only issue is the current cost of the sandpaper pads, at around £100 per 10 pack. It's a lot to add on if you need 3 or 4 grits.
Which is a shame as the 40/25 does a great job.

It doesn't kick it up as much as a belt sander, so I just vacuum as I go.
