Floor tiles

A local pub has just rang me and asked if I would be able to remove some “urine deposits” he describes the stains as white looking water marks around the urinal. I asked him for a picture but haven’t heard back. apparently when washed they disappear but then reappear when the tile dries out. Any idea what the staining would be? And is there a solution?

I would not class that as staining

I am assuming the tiles are a porcelain glazed tile

The acid has etched the glaze off the surface.

The water simply fills the small gaps that give it the white refraction and look like it's never there.

When dry the water isnt present and they reappear.

Its damage remediation , not cleaning

If the stains disappear when wet there may be a way to use a sealer that will mask them. But based on what J said it’s damage remediation and client needs to know it may be a temporary fix.
