Gum of it

Hi all I need to remove some kid lock glue from glass, and ovens, and fridge freezer doors etc, any chance Gum of it will work indirectly applied with cloth. Anybody used it on these type surfaces.

Used it on my van to remove old lettering glue residue. Needs wiping off with a damp cloth but didn't harm the paintwork.

Can play safe and just water down a tad but with hot water.
