Hard floor Please could someone recommend the best way how to clean it, for best results.

Hi I've been approached by the local Veterinary practice, to clean their hard flooring they clean it themselves with a one-brush wet and dry machine but it is still ingrained with dirt.
im just asking what would be the best method for cleaning i have got a rotary 200/400 speed and various colored pads and a hard floor brush i also have a pro 35 with blue and brown brushes ive got sts and grout blaster any recommendations would be most grateful could any identify what the name of the flooring is called i should imagine some sort of plastic composite thankyou in advance Graham.

Possibly the simplest of floors to clean STS scrub with either rotary or CRBo the rinse extract with a blaster wand.

Clean plenty of commercial kitchen floors all with STS. Sweep, spray, agitate, extract.
