Having strange experiences with checkatrade

As in, a customer who found me via checkatrade rang to book in (via their number) and left me a message. By the time I called back, she was suprised to here from me because I had already rang her to arrange the clean. So seems like there could be some hacking going on with these phone calls? Leads being sold on to third parties? When she actually looked at the details of who was coming to clean her oven it was a company I'd never heard of (not local). Curious if anyone else has had a similar experience...

I called them to ask them to look into it. They can see the customer who called me on Friday that I missed, but the system shows that the call was answered. Very strange. I didn't answer any calls on Friday. Checkatrade then said they would test that the phone number linked to my checkatrade account has not been changed and made a test call. A message from them came through to my voicemail, but the phone never rang first. I'll call them again in the morning to ask more questions.
