Yep, could be lots of obstacle's to overcome with this type of work. Plan it carefully, as what seemed like a good earner could quickly become a low payed job. I take it is a job that required a tender to be submitted and you were successful, any big concerns, then I would re-negotiate any price submitted, or walk away. Hope it all goes well for you and get some decent income out of it.
