New High Pressure, High Temperature Hose

I recently bought a couple of new lengths of .25" ID solution hose off Nick.

It's called Hydroscand and is rated at 4,800 psi and 155°C. It's greenish blue in colour and non-marking.

I don't think it is on W.o.C. yet but if you are in the market, give Nick a ring.

Is the sheath / outer smooth like the Goodyear or patterned / rough like the hydrowash??

Is it flexible like the Goodyear?

Nick,

The surface is smooth, much like the Goodyear hose I have used for many years.

What did surprise me in light of its' pressure capabilities is that it is slightly more flexible in use but the big surprise is that it is noticeably easier to coil in cold weather. Overall I'm very pleased with it.
