Hob Decals

Hi guys, just a quick question. I've cleaned a few hobs now but was wondering what you guys find best to use around the the control dials. I've been using my degreaser with a sponge cloth and going really gently but still seem to rub off some of the print.

I use a wet microfibre and fairy liquid in water. I dont tell the customer but its what i do on outside of ranges and anything expensive or delicate. I tell them the area in question is quite sensitive to chemcials so dont want to rub too hard. Their usually happy. Show them the inside oven and glass first

Is it best not use degreaser then Adrian. Had one the other day that was quite grim.

Washing up liquid is actually a degreaser

One wet microfibre cloth, one dry to buff. That's it.

For anywhere with decals I just use a dry microfiber and Solutions stainless steel polish,

E cloth do a kitchen microfibre. Just wet it and wipe. Dry with microfibre.
