How to find cover for sick cleaners at the drop of a hat?

Hi people,

I'm struggling to work how I am going to provide cleaning cover for commercial contracts if the cleaner on site goes sick or is absent and lets me know last minute?

Hiring a mobile cleaner is out the question for now and also i wont be able to self either. Just trying to get my head around this!

Any advise or wisdom would be much appreciated!

Have two cleaners on site , so if its a two hour contract ( most usually are ) then an hour per cleaner , if one calls in sick then the other doubles up

Pay them more anyone turns up for more then the minimal wage. Most symptoms a cold like anyhow !

If your really struggling to get cover........ recruitment agency....... stipulate YOUR needs, - agencies usually charge inclusive rates.

Recruitment agencies will just send anyone , no matter what you stipulate and what they do send have no bloody idea
