Leather Restoration Insurance

Does anyone have it specific on their policy?

I'm insured through gleaming, local company to me, and although they cover the cleaning of leather, they don't cover restoration and repair.

Not a risk taken and being half covered doesn't cut the mustard for me.

Thanks

Gleaming was recommended to me for my leather repair business.
I called the office and was told they no longer cover leather repairs due to a recent rise in claims.

After calling around, Direct line was the best priced. This also included items I’m working on.

I heard that, so I called. I was told that since my cover was existing, I am covered.

New business is not.

I've only been covered there since July, so they said cleaning is, repair is no no..

Direct line is 66 quid for the year.. can't grumble at that, thank you

Mark, Direct Line were good. I called after my quote on line just to check about items being worked on.
The advisor was brilliant. Confirmed I was covered and stated that this call is recorded, if there were any problems refer them to the recorded call.
Paid in full with advisor.
