Few things to try

/ press control + f5 or control + R when on site
/ delete cookies for just worldofclean

You can do that by clicking the padlock, select cookies and remove them all for w/clean. The old site will have left a few unused cookies that can cause issues

Is the padlock you are referring to the one in the address bar? I cant see any other padlocks anywhere

If so when I click it don't get the drop down that you have on there above?

Confused - then again I'm a bit of a Luddite when it comes to technology

yeah it may be different on laptop, does it say site settings or something when the padlock is clicked?

try the page refresh using the control + R, that should do it

Right I have been trying to download it in Internet Explorer browser

I have tried Microsoft Edge and I can get it perfectly.

ah i see, time to ditch internet explorer, a lot of sites don't support it anymore

there is also a new version of edge out
