Point noted about using with care, it's a case of just poking out the grime with one smaller than the jet. One or two strokes is ample.

My top tip for the week as I haven't posted one for a while.
When you put the fan back into place make sure its 100% bone dry, if you leave moisture on it the centrifugal force of the fan spinning will 'fling' for the want of a better word any moisture outwards towards the element and connections area. This can cause electrical shorts and if you are using caustic cleaner it will result in the chemical being left to dwell on the element..which is not cool.

A very bright LED Torch will illuminate the oven enabling you not to miss any dirt and cut down your cleaning time by saving you blading/scrubbing areas that have no dirt.
Using a LED Torch, if it looks spotless with one, you know when the customer checks using the oven light it wont show any dirt whatsoever
