Whilst I’m on the subject of hard floors
I also have a kitchen floor that requires a good clean
the floors looks like ceramic are rotten especially the grout!
would sts be able to sort this ? brush or red pad on the rotary ?
the choice of brush or pad on the rotary is not so much relevant to the material but more so the 'landscape' of the surface. nowadays theirs heaps porcelain/ceramics made to look look natural stones with pits/troughs etc. once on site and take step back and think about it you will know the right choice
I’ve looked at this karndean floor that needs cleaning along with some carpets..
It looks like damage to me ?
and i would think need re sanding and
re lacquered ?
And not a cleanable stain
Also with it being lacquered wood
And a dog cage right next to the stain could be urine ?
Homeowner can’t get the marks out and has no idea what it is
“apparently”
Thoughts ?
..yes I know
she said it was karndean flooring and then sent me two pictures of a wooden floor
I should have said the “wooden flooring”
That needs sanding
