Hi
I’ve just started a school cleaning contract
But I have to split payments over 12 months
It’s term time only with 2.5 weeks of deep cleaning including carpet cleaning

Can anyone help me with how to do this please ?
Do I just devide the yearly total by 12

Hi Hayley
If you've both agreed this then yes, just divide by 12
IF they're not going to be able to sort payment out over the longest holiday period then you could agree to do it over 10 months, bit like council tax
