image.jpg a but off topic - is so I do apologise ,

In have a set of polyester shower curtains , rather than pop in the washing mashine I was wondering if some if these fab chemicals would do the trick

Some light black mildew spots and browning
My own use no no big deal - just a challenge , thats all

Killing the mould is one thing and relatively easy to achieve.

The staining, however, can be problematic and sometimes impossible.

If the mould has not "woven" it's way into the fibres' structure, it will be easy to remove the staining, often with just a damp cloth. It's when it's "woven in" that it becomes a problem.

Probably the easiest route to take would be to soak in a solution of household bleach as this is one of the few products that can tackle both elements, but bear in mind the risk to the dyes and colour in particular.

Safe and happy cleaning:smile:
