School Cleaning

Good evening,

I was hoping for a little help with pricing. Were just moving into commercial cleaning in addition to our end-of-tenancy and carpet cleaning business.

I've been asked to visit the school and discuss costings etc and im really unsure what to price the job at on an houely rate. ANY advice would be gratfully appreciated. Im a firm believer in the "fake it until you make it" approach and its got me this far. I just eanted to ask for a little guidance if possible.

What exactly is involved first of all ( cleaning ) is a very broad spectrum , also how big is the school etc etc
