Single or Double Edge Scraper Blades?

Hi Guys! Would appreciate what Make of single or double edged scraper blades you find are best?. I’m presently using between 4 and 10 “American Line” single edge per single oven clean as I find they snap off “at the drop of a hat” or go blunt extremely quickly.

Between 4 and 10 per single oven???? Never known that before. Are you using 0.12 thickness blades?

1 blade per oven, maybe 1 blade per 2 ovens if the first job didn't require too much scraping.
