Techniques for using alu poles in gutter

Hi all. Just wondered what techniques people use when having the nozzle in the gutter? I seem to find it difficult to move the poles when suction is on but watching videos on YouTube people make it look so simple.

I find its a lot easier when the matter in the gutter is dry rather then wet. It also makes life easier when you regulary clean your poles out.

With leafs I find it easier to have the nozzle at a slopy angle and slide it across the gutter. but with moss or stiffer dirt i like to use the nozzle at a upright position and chomp away in a up and down motion breaking the dirt up into small more digestible pieces. I will come down cut through the dirt leave a slight delay (until i no longer hear dirt passing through pole, lift pole come down and repeat.

I hope this makes sense. It took me a while to get really proficient. Its good to have a play about.
