Two Tone

    Struggling to match two tone has anyone any tips on creating this affect?

    Depends how it's been originally applied.
    There are many techniques for application. For colour mixing you need to test on an area of colour loss so that the top coat works on the current base coat.

    It's more of the applying it Judy. It just looks a mess. I used the spray gun is there a other method to apply it to get the affect.

    I never took pics of it Daniel as I was only practising.

    Sometimes I use irregular faced sponges, you can wipe off excess before applying.

    There are many many ways of applying two tone depending on what you are trying to match.

    Spray with airbrush - try different pressure and distances
    'Dry wipe' with a cloth building up as you go
    Sponge
    Brush
    Roller

    Always remember the golden rule - less is more - the biggest issue you will have is over application and the more you add the worse it will get.
