Using a Lakeland tray for oven cleaning

Hiya, I hope you are all well. I am new to oven cleaning and am practicing with a Lakeland tray. How do you keep the water hot as I am finding it cools quite quickly so I replace it again with hot water but I am still finding its still leaving hardened grease on the racks which is still a killer to get off - any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Practise all you need but do not underestimate the importance of a gas or electric tank in your van. This, and knowledge, is the difference between us and them.

Thank you To be honest I had some amazing training and I have an electric diptank sitting in my dining room that my wife is going nuts about but I won't have my van ready till early next year so I want to get out there asap and this was the only way I could think of thanks for your help
