New VAT on World of Clean

Nothing has changed price wise, all I've done is make World of Clean display prices with and without VAT on the product pages

As you add things to the basket it now displays the the final bill with VAT included

So... no more arriving at the checkout and being assaulted by the sneaky VAT price, I've tried to do it before and broke the website a couple of times

I think it's better this way?
