White marks on glass

Hi,

We are currently cleaning a refurbish and the balcony glass hasn’t been cleaned in years and is covered in white marks. See attached pictures.

Is there a product anyone would recommend to use?

Is it single pane. Not 2 sandwiched together. I'd be inclined try white vinegar first. Be careful of what's below though,assume you using a platform or are doing this wfp or trad. if you have some,final phase may also surprise

Its a single pane glass. We will be cleaning these from a platform. Thanks will try white vinegar. There is a balcony above, so the marks could possibly be coming from lead flashing.

XR hand pad or magic eraser would also help id imagine
