I've been asked to clean this rug. It's been cleaned before but the owner doesn't know how they cleaned it. It's a Naliana handwoven wool and silk tibetan rug. It didn't look like there was any obvious silk in it (not very reflective) but I've read elsewhere not to clean wool and silk rugs with water. I've got Solutions dry carpet cleaning powder and Fusion Clean so I wonder if that's the best and safest combination to use.
