World of clean topical sealer

What sort of finish would the World of Clean topical sealer achieve on ceramic floor tiles ..??
Floors just needs cleaning and sealing
Also best way to apply the sealer ? Roller lint free mop etc

Assume it's got textured surface or want grout sealed or both. Ceramic ordinarily doesn't need sealing or certainly not topical imo. I prefer paint pad but that's just personal pref I guess the finish would depend on how many coats put on,you or client n control of that

I do use microfiber flat mop for large areas. In case anyone got visions me on hands and knees for hours on end

Im doing all the carpets and cleaning some other newly fitted hard floors
as they’ve had loads of building work including new floors and a new kitchen fitted
The kitchen has the original floors
And has just been re grouted
so that floor needs to be sealed
Doesn’t need to look fantastic it’s more for the grout as will benefit from a seal…
I’ve only looked at World of Clean floor sealer
and it’s topical unless there’s another sealer

If its a ceramic tile then it doesn't need sealing, the seal technically is in the baked finish!

Yes i get that with ceramic she’s adamant she’s had them sealed previously
With the floor having a re grout
Those area would benefit from a sealer…?
Although I’ve cleaned the floor a handful of times I’m not even 100% sure it’s ceramic It may be quarry
just asked her to send some pictures over..
