Yellow stain on bathroom floor

Was just wondering if anyone had any advice on how to remove these stains? I’m sure the yellow stain is from the rug that was in there (which I didn’t realise could happen) and the purple is from a washing up pod.

I’ve tried scrubbing but the stains just won’t budge.
