good morning everyone or maybe good evening U.K. Guys

I have couple of schools and college also large office need to clean during the Christmas time

Here is the procedure I am going to use for LM cleaning

1. Good vacuum
2. 175 shampoo with encap product follow by microfiber bonnet pad off.

Or I could use crb instead of 175 for agitation and bonnet off.

Which machine will doing better job?

If I use 175 , I will install the water tank for shampoo and if I use crb , I will use hydro force inline sprayer to spray the encap juice.

You could use either method Xuri
Does your crb have renovator trays? Only asking as without them you could be bringing a load more crud up which will need more vacuuming?!
If you have trays then you could crb to agitate then bonnet off
If no trays I'd use your first method

15-20sqm ? I think it is too slow. I am thinking of about 50sqm each procedure. Why do you suggest 15-20? Any reason ?

Just spray bit heavier to make sure not dry out. It will cost more dollar for chemical but save the time and labour I think.

Hi Xuri

By spraying & agitating a smaller area you get more bang for your buck, the fresher the agitation the longer the solution has to encapsulate before you pad off.
spray 50m2 will take what 4 minutes? Then to agitate it would take around 15 mins?
So the last bit has sat there for more than 19 mins without being touched which means it's had far too long just sitting there doing nothing?
Doesn't take any longer I've timed it but the results are always better

You can spray & agitate 100m2 before you pad off
