Health And Safety Policy

Hello everyone.
Looking for some help please.
I have been asked for a health and safety policy and risk assessment to clean a commercial office. This is the first time I've ever been asked this and wondered if anyone had a generic template they could send to me?
I will be encapping and using Fusion Clean. The offices are for a property management company .
