Hello

Could anyone please kindly help me with the following as I have a commercial job coming up and I need to send these forms off to the client. If anyone would be kind and send me copies of theirs that would be great

method statements
Risk Assessments
Coshh statements

You can write your own Method Statements, break down the work task safely and write the work task flow.

Risk assessments, you should attend a training course in this first and then you can write your own showing how you control risk.

These RAMS:- Risk Assessments and Method Statements are your safe systems of work.

There is not such a thing as CoSHH statement, there are MSDS:- Mineral Safety Data Sheets or there is a CoSHH Risk Assessment.
