Mmm Was This Colour Change Worthy ?

I was asked to undertake this job from another repair tech who quoted blind. Would you expect someone who wants this level of service would let the furniture be in such a bad state?

A lot of people are not aware of the leather cleaning service we provide, and follow salesmens advice on wiping it over with a wet wipe or damp cloth, or they don't have the confidence to use the cleaning kit that is provided with some suites, over time the dirt builds up.
Going by the pictures it appears to have cleaned up pretty good, Why did they want it dyeing black?

They loved the sofa and the comfort, they just fancied a different colour, every sofa I have colour changed in the past have been in perfect condition, this one had seen better days.
Customer happy that's the main thing

Most colour change requests are from: "easily gets dirty" cream sofas;
to "won't show the dirt, so won't be dirty"; brown or black.
A twisted logic that some people actually believe in.

I can understand that colour change more than one I'm currently in the midst of. It's gone from a very, very dark brown to black. I can hardly tell any difference but he's delighted so who am I to argue?

Some of these customers are just crazy ! As long as the customer is happy who are we to complain.
