REACH

Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of CHemicals

REACH, the new European system for regulating chemical safety, will affect most businesses in Europe in one way or another and ours is certainly included.

Read about the new regulations HERE

If anything is unclear, I'm sure one of our moderators will clarify

hi everyone

i've had a quick look at some of the information about REACH and can see that a lot of it doesn't create any problems for us end users.

but there's one area i need clarification about. if, as an end user, i buy some of sarsons finest distilled vinegar from tescos to treat white rug fringes, or some sodium met. from my home wine making shop, or some hydrogen peroxide from the hairdressers etc. etc. do i have to tell the manufacturer about how i am using these products?

regards
marge

Marge,
Make sure you dont put the hydrogen peroxide in your wine brew
It might turn your hair white.

Nick,

Nothing could bleach that red hair white - there's more dye and lacquer than keratin in that beehive!

Marge,

That is a good question, perhaps the expert moderators can shed some light.
