School Window Cleaning

I know window cleaners on here are possibly in minority but would be grateful for help with pricing local primary school as biggest job done so unsure if sq mtrs etc way to go.
Area's required ( IN + OUT ) are approx :
30 doors
200 sq mtrs ground level
20-25 sq mtrs (access from flat roof)
25 sq mtrs using pole (difficult/no access)

Any advice from any window cleaners,PM or otherwise, greatly appreciated

No idea on price mate but is the "access over flat roof" safe?
Schools love proper when it suits them but often neglect it when it's a cost they really don't fancy so safe access systems (guard rails, compliant fixed ladder, MMA's & other restraint systems are often forgotten with that "oh don't worry, it'll be fine" attitude.

Thanks for comments and advice. Will take on board with proper viewing in next few days.Aim is maximum impression with moderate profit as have always wanted give my bit back to school for all their amazing hardwork and several my clients on board/committee and been wanting me do full contact for school for months as not happy with current providers.Initial thoughts are £250-300,long days work.

Agree with Steve about the flat roof, if no guard rails or any other restraint system in place you shouldn't be up there and your insurance will be invalid.

Update, got the job and 30% more than last company :yaa:they currently only want ground level doing but need look into high level more as interested in me taking over complete cleaning/carpet/hard floor contract from current supplier after next term.Done bit research and seems for short time span,2m exclusion zone and horizontal safety line may be sufficient but obviously can worms so will endeavour to investigate fully before proceeding with such tasks or sub that bit out
