Training is key and a basic course pays for itself very quickly.
Always good to get different perspectives and tecniques. Would be unfair to say where but I have learnt so much more after doing Judy's course. More training means more ideas and experience which means your ability to overcome issues is improved.

We never stop learning Andrew but without the 'basic' course (although it does cover everything) as you describe it it would be impossible to even make a start.
It does depend how receptive you are on the course and how much you use the extensive mentoring service available after you have attended - that way you continue your education and don't miss out on new products and processes that we are developing all the time.
