Halloween!
This has been a week of hidden horrors!
What people see as a small problem turns into 'Nightmare on Leather Street'
Have learnt by practise that not all jobs are 'tickety boo' and customer education, and expectation,and the realisation that the problem is theirs to begin with is essential.
Here is ' just needs a bit of colour' situation' from a retailer. Picture 1.
Picture 2 shows that ' needs a bit of colour', needs an informed chat whether all this grease is going to be removed to be able to do anything.
For anyone not understanding, picture 2 is after a degreasing spray has been applied for 12 hours, the grease area is very obvious, and to try to deal with this you need specific training from Ltt leather.
