Window Cleaning Start Up

Hi everyone I'm looking at starting up but not sure what to look for.

I already have my cleaning business cleaning static caravans inside and out ( washing caravans with a tank and small pump from my car. I've done very well with it. I've done all this on one caravan site where we rent 4 caravans out. I've done all this with all my bits in a shed on site and putting it in the boot of the car. But I've just been offered to clean 7 caravans on a new site hoping to be more when I get on site. I have a few people working for me when cleaning.
The only thing is now if people need there caravans washed on this new site I would need all my tools on me. So the wife has said I can get a van and I was hoping there is something out there where I can clean windows,caravans and deckings with the same water tank. So looking for a 2nd van that's already got the window cleaning tools in the back

I also work at tesco Monday Tuesday and Wednesday only 6am till 10am and there window cleaner is not that good they us the pole but there's always water marks on the window. So I'm hoping to get that job. I've got £5k

Plus I'm hoping to get some window cleans from the site owners doing there buildings

If you get a van ( transit sized) you will be able to get a 700 to 1000 ltr tank fitted and also run a jet wash from the tank as well as use it for reach and washing . Custom made tank and steel brackets can be made for around 900 quid ( more baffles meens they move slosh about less than the standard type ) pump controller and batterie another 250 hose reel and semi decent pole 350 300 Gpd r o unit 250 ish to make pure water so all u need there for just over 2 k so you'd have around 3 k for a decent jet wash ( can't help you there ) But you may reach and wash them if they are not that bad ?
If your not any good at basic diy you may be better paying a supplier ( like Nick ) to set it all up for you in a package ready to roll - the trailer would mean no need for a van so may be cost effective for you .

Re tesco - having supported a lot of these national window ckeaning contracts over the years , I'd be suprised if there was any money to be made there and the contractor probably does many sites at low cost ( hence the splash and dash marks )
