Cat Vomit & Grease on Aniline Leather Sofa

I have a customer with a high quality aniline leather sofa - unfortunately his elderly cat was sick on it (see photos). Can anyone recommend a way to remove/improve the stain?
Also, there are a few grease marks (head & arm - see photo) - I have the LTT leather degreaser spray, just wondered if anyone has used an alternative product e.g. Furniture Clinic degreaser? or does Nick sell one?
Thanks, Pete

Em Clean can be used to improve the stain always clean the whole panel and the stains should blend in. If the leather is faded then colour restoration will help to further blend the stain. Em Clean will also help with any odour caused by the bacteria.
The degreaser you have is the most effective one!!:lol:

Hi Judy,

Cleaned the affected area with EM Clean (as advised) - to be honest it doesn't appear to have made much of an improvement cosmetically speaking. Is there anything else I can try? would the degreaser help? or is it just a case of using your standard aniline cleaner and maybe a little re-colour ?

many thanks in advance.

The Em Clean is needed to kill any bacteria and in some cases this has removed the stain too.but it depends how long it has been there. Degreaser will only work on the areas with grease not on stains. As the leather is Aniline the staining will now be difficult to get rid of completely but if the leather is at all faded adding colour back will help blend in the stains to the rest of the leather. There is no real need to clean again if you have used the Em Clean. How much recolouring you do will depend on the level if fading on the suite generally.
Hope this helps
Judy

Thanks Judy, I will try a little re-colouring and hope this makes the stain less obvious. Pete
