Braking the 'conversation' is this product simular to the cfr product shut out?

Is there anything it won't antisoil protect? I guess polyprop is one.

Hi Mick

Actually John did answer the question he said the product uses clever Polymer technology. Similar to the technology employed in our LM product, Fusion Clean. Our chemists have been working on blending certain types of polymer, some to clean and others to offer soil retardency. The formulation like fusion clean is unique to Solution, it cannot be purchased anywhere else other than from Solution.

Shaun

No its nothing like the Cfr product

Ken

Slightly!

Hi Nick actually John didn't answer my questions,

Ok I'll just accept you don't want anyone to know what it is or how it works. so just tell me what to say when a customer asks me what it is? or how it works?, should I just say I don't know

I ask this question because I will be buying some of this chemical when it goes on sale.

Funny though I was playing with Chemspecs High Heat liquid which has polymers, I actually washed the car with it and it shone like a new pin with no buffing or polishing.

Mick

It uses blended polymers some which clean and absorb, other that leave a soil retardency on the surface cleaned, what more do you wish to know, as John said we are hardly going to give you the formulation are we,!

We have been down this road before with other products we have launched, its funny I have never seen these questions asked about Prochem, Chemspec, or any of the other major suppliers out there.

I will reiterate the technology used by our chemist is unique to Solution.

I saw this thread and thought "fantastic" a new product that will be explained fully so that I can then explain to customers, and get more sales.I use Fineline and Ultra pack renovate, simply because it was what I was sold in the begining from your associate in Nottingham. Given that I would no longer buy a dishcloth from the man, due to bein hung out to dry after I had spent £1,000s with him I have been wondering if these really are the best products.
Reading the above, my head has exploded. Why oh why can I never get a straight answer?

Hi Kevin

We dont have an associate in Nottingham?

I gave an explanation of what Fusion 8 does

Fusion 8 Super Concentrate is a revolutionary, environmentally friendly, biodegradable product which allows the easy removal of soil from textile surfaces. Its unique formulation does not contain detergents, enzymes or peroxides. Fusion 8 Super Concentrate is pH neutral in dilution and has in-built anti foaming and soil retardant agents. This amazing super concentrate dilutes up to 1:160 and is suitable for use on all water-tolerant fibres, natural or synthetic.

I am not sure what else I can tell you, perhaps you could let me know what you want to know?

I can be contacted on 01209 823746

Solution World of Clean
Hi Kevin

Good to talk to you earlier, tI appreciate you finding the time in your busy day

Most conventional cleaning agents

Some use a detergent with a phosphate base Unlike Fusion 8

Some use micro splitting phosphates Unlike Fusion 8

Some use enzymes Unlike Fusion 8

Some use solvents which desolve the soil, Unlike Fusion 8

Some desolve using colloidal technology unlike Fusion 8

Some powders are a blend of detergent, enzymes and or builders, unlike Fusion 8

Fusion 8 uses blended polymers to break the bond between the soil and the surface and then encapsulate them in a form which make them easy to remove it does not emulsify them

Hopefully this helps

Nick and/or John

There are quite a few different types of polymers applied to fabric as a protector. Ones that spring to mind are Silicas, Silicones, Fluorochemicals, Acrylic copolymers. There are probably some that I've never heard of too. We also have ADR's and nano technology.

Some protectors are effective against water based soils, some against oily, some against dry and Fluorochemicals are market leaders as they protect effectively against all three types of soil.

Does the new Fusion Super 8 fall into one of the traditional protector groups and also which group(s) of soil is it effective against?

Safe and happy cleaning

Hi Ken

Fusion8 is primarily a cleaner but it also improves stain resistance, reduces wick-back and browning and enhances dry soil pick up. It is not a dedicated protector but in fact does contain both acrylic and fluorochemical components. It will be effective against all three type of soiling and slow the ingress to the fibres.

Hope this helps

And thanks for asking

Best regards

Thanks for the info Nick

The reason I asked is because in the past, many products have been marketed as having built in protectors. In reality, they were only effective against, for example, dry soil. I believe that some of the consumer Scotchgard brand aerosol protectors are only effective against water based soiling. So it's refreshing to find a unique product that works against water, oil and dry soils.
