Hotel Pricing

Hey everyone,

Was hoping for an insight into pricing commercial jobs. Recently been asked to do the exterior windows of a few local hotels, both 2 story with approximately 50-60 windows.

I understand that prices vary depending on location, methods, costs and how much I'm wanting to make from it etc. As a rule of thumb do most of you charge per window, per job, per hour?

Any feedback for a price for the above job would be greatly appreciated as I need to get back to them with a price by the end of the week.

What your day rate is per 2 men and a van or 1 man and van if half day half that or 2 days 2 x that .

If it’s awkward or high or a pain in the add more . Tends to work out best .
Even if we were privi to the current costings we would quote as normal and if higher quote on quality / not cost .

Price on how long it will take u.. then price according to the rates u want to earn.. Simple
