Juliette Balconies?

I have a contract which allows me to do up to 4 stories with a high reach system. Part of the new builds have Juliette Balconies with very little gap between the french doors and balcony. Is there anything out there that can cover this and not going into a property to do so?

The Higher they are the harder it is to get your brush in . Gardiners do a swivel brush / goose neck and so did ionics would be easy to get through with one of those on the higher floors . Lower floors as above in the vids or cut a brush down to where the jets are and that should pop through all floors easy as well but will take abit longer on cleans .

Thanks Daniel, I will check out Gardiner's web site. The bars are so close to the window that even at the lower level
there is no chance of getting the pole with brush in, let alone the higher ones. I will try and get a photo up loaded to show.

Yeh photo would be good , we have had sites where we have had to use an access lift to clean those types of windows from the out side - another option for you to consider - adds to clients Bill though .

Try the Gardiners extreme brushes, the stock is a lot narrower and I have t had any issues, with standard Gardiners super light brushes you can struggle with railings.
I can clean town houses railings on top floors with no problems

Another option is to just clean the top of the glass, do an extra rinse and let customer know the situation.
Most will not have an issue if explained properly to them.
